Oparo looks for real estate assets with value add opportunities either through planning uplift, conversion or refurbishment. Typical GDVs are £1,000,000 - £50,000,000 within areas that have been flagged by our logic plafform.


The Oparo algorithm flags financially 'stressed' real estate assets before the point of financial 'distress' allowing us to acquire them direct from the owner prior to the appointment of an administrator or receiver.


Structured debt products loaned to companies and secured against a real estate asset. Typically used by developers, real estate traders, investors and commercial enterprises, via a quick decision and expidited turnaround.

Babak is an investment banker with 30 years experience in sales, trading, and management. He has built, grown and managed teams for a number of large investment banks, developing successful businesses for the likes of Lehman, Citigroup, and HSBC.

Toby comes from a family of developers, carving his own path in the property industry after his studies. He started his career in sales specialising in the high-volume lettings and management sector, working for London’s John Hollingsworth and Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward.
