Oparo looks for real estate assets with value add opportunities either through planning uplift, conversion or refurbishment. Typical GDVs are £1,000,000 - £50,000,000 within areas that have been flagged by our logic plafform.


The Oparo algorithm looks at millions of data touch points with includes detailed individual property data, local area information through to macro level national datasets which enable us to find real estate assets that we want to transact on.


We have partnered with publically and privately funded Housing Associations to identify properties that match their investment criteria. Oparo Social aims to be the first PropTech driven Social Housing Investor in the U.K.

Our Team

Babak is an investment banker with 30 years experience in sales, trading, and management. He has built, grown and managed teams for a number of large investment banks, developing successful businesses for the likes of Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, and HSBC.

Toby comes from a family of developers, carving his own path in the property industry after his studies. He started his career in sales specialising in the high-volume lettings and management sector, working for London’s John Hollingsworth and Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward.
